Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching
step machine
lateral jumps and dumbbell swings
3 rounds of:
10 dumbbell clean and jerks (KL: 45#, ED: 30/35#)
10 lateral jumps (5 each direction)
Quick workout before checking out of Evanston and heading back to the east coast - way too much eating and drinking bad things over the weekend. Neither of us had a watch so we didn't time it. Planned on doing 5 rounds but ran out of time; 3 rounds was plenty rough enough though. Full clean and jerks were taxing, had to break sets into 3-4 reps. Lateral jumps over step platform (ED) or bench (KL).
