Heavy return
Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching
low-bar back squat (45x5x2, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2, 225x5/5/3)
bench press (45x5x2, 65x5, 85x3, 105x2 then 125x5x3)
Returned for a quick workout this morning before jury duty after a few weeks off for travel (I'll post up about our outdoor shenanigans soon - mountains and orcas!). Dropped the weight down a little from the previous sets (squat and bench info), but the squats felt extremely heavy from the get go; felt it most in the lower back, but the leg positioning felt awkward too - lots of knee tracking outwards in the drive. Just could not get the 4th rep up in the last set. Bench felt allright but a little tweaky in the right rotator cuff.
