Greg Everett just started a new 12 week strength cycle, so I jumped onboard. He mentioned that it was going to be considerably higher volume than his past programming, so we'll see how far I get. Lots of weight moved at a variety of % of 1RM, hence the new calculator in the right hand column. Snatches were prescribed from the ground, but I subbed them from the hang for lack of bumpers. Jerks should have been heavier, but my abysmal form convinced me to dial back the weight and work on form.
Quite tired now.

Looks like fun. Is Everitt's stuff Oly-lifting based?
Our session at Brooklyn Barbell got me jonesing to do a little more Oly lifting. When I get back from Seattle I think I'm going to transition into a more balanced lifting/metcon cycle, with some lighter clean/snatch work thrown in.
Entirely Olympic lifting, with as he states, 'just enough conditioning to keep you from rolling out the door'.
