Warm-up:
good mornings

3x2 overhead squats (paused; 115,135,155)
6x2 split jerk (105,115,125,3x135)

3 rounds:
1 min plank walk-ups
2 frenchies

Taking it easy today to try and drill some technique. Worked on eliminating forward drift in the dip of the split jerk. Need to drive the front foot further out to get the shin vertical.

I'm heading over the Crossfit Virtuosity in the afternoon for their open gym if anyone is interested.
