Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching

low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 175x2 then 205x5x3)
shoulder press (45x5, 55x5, 75x3, 85x2 then 95x5x3)

Ratcheting up the weights on my strength cycle, still in the linear phase. Went to the Palladium with Eric, who did the same weights x5 reps at each stage. Squats felt pretty good still, a little slowing on reps 1-5, 2-5, and 3-4,5 but no real stall; will go up 5/10 next session.

Went up 10 on presses when I intended to go 5 - counting was apparently a little hard tonight. Felt really rough at 95, will stick to 95 or at most go up 5 next time. Arching the back too much and letting the bar drift - need to hold the core tighter and stand more upright... Eric looked good on the squats and excellent on the presses, could easily have gone heavier.

No time for deads, will either rep them tomorrow or sub some pull-up work...
