Swim, Day 3
Worked on breathing with my head more vertical and my body more rotated. I don't think I made a huge improvement but it felt a bit better. I also tried a five stroke per breath pace and this seemed to help get my rhythm down. I think that I need to ensure full exhalation (helped with the greater stroke ratio) and then take more time to get complete inhalation so that I don't end up short of breath after 50m. Slowing down overall pace would probably help too.
Swim: 2x [freesyle 4x 50m; breast stroke 2x 50m] in ~20min
Cool down: 7 strict open-hand pull-ups.
