Decent session, although the arms and back sore from bouldering yesterday. Lots of forward drift in cleans and jerks. Jerks were sloppy due to slide forward during the dip. Can't quite figure out what the problem with the cleans is. It's possible that I'm not staying over the bar long enough, resulting in an early thigh brush that causes too much horizontal movement?
