Got back from a family reunion in Colorado today. We were at an elevation a little over 8000 ft. and boy could you feel it. I did a few mildly strenuous hikes (total ~ 8 mi, elev. change ~1000 ft.) and was feeling pretty comfortable towards the end. Another interesting note was that my legs and elbows were totally blown out from the workout last week. The legs were somewhat familiar, a la that half mile walking lunges workout, but the elbows were really weird. It was really sore right where the tricep meets the elbow. I'm sure it was the large amount of shoulder presses that did it, though I had thought them at a light enough weight that it wouldn't be an issue.
Still, it feels good to go to the gym. Also, no problems getting the squat rack.

how's the finger doing\?
The finger's feeling great. I don't have to favor it at all, even when doing pullups. I'm still going to wait a few weeks before starting deadlifts, but I may start to throw in some light cleans or snatches.
