so weak

5x10 back squats: (45),95,4x115
5x10 shoulder press: (45), 5x55

10 minute stationary bike, hills. 3 miles

Today was certainly bittersweet. It was totally rocking that I was able to go to the gym and move weights around without hurting my finger. The gym was also totally clear of people, so that solitary squat rack was (shockingly) empty. That being said, my leg strength is in pretty poor shape after a few months off in recuperation. I'm not sure exactly how much worse given that I did an unfamiliar (fast)high-rep low-weight day, but I think my legs hurt far more than I'm used to right about now. It's a familiar pain though and one I hopefully won't have to forgo by injuring myself again. Seriously, I'm going to try to take it a little slower this go around. Basically, it's just nice to be back.
