Warmup:
push-ups
situps
back squats to 185

5x3 low bar back squat
185, 2x195, 2x205

Cooldown:
2x8 25# single arm standing dumbbell press

Having been climbing a fair bit in the past few months, I really haven't been into the gym (as evidenced by the newly discovered notice in my locker telling me it was expiring on May 19). Took it easy with the weight today, but the movement felt relatively smooth with no knee issues - almost stalled out the last rep of the last set. Compare to last squat session in February.
