Went to Coles to lift, but it was absolutely packed in the weight room, so worked out the kinks with a super short run on the roof. Been a long time since I've run any distance at all, and it felt pretty rough, especially in the beginning. I didn't exert max effort but didn't take it easy either, felt better by the end; cleary am nowhere near running shape...
