morning time

warmup:

3 rounds of 10 each:
pullups
squats
pushups
situps
then:
1 round of bbell complex, 55#
2x5 squat: 95, 135

workout:
5x5 squat (hi-bar): 155, 160, 165, 170, 175

I was definitely still sore from Diane today and pushing the weight up was quite a struggle.  I stalled quite a bit on the last rep of the last set, but was able to slowly push through.  Previously, I had done all five sets at 170 but I don't think I was up for that today.  As a consolation prize I went up to 175 at the end, the most I've ever lifted in a set of five.  Still, I moved less weight this time than last time.

I'll probably go for the whole thing at 175 next time.
