Diane, but smaller

warm-up:

3x8 OHS (2x45#, 65#)
1 round bbell complex (ED 60#, SS 55#)

225# deadlift (sub 185#)
handstand pushups (sub wall assist)

This one left me gasping for breath at the end, which is unsurprising given I haven't done a good crossfit workout in a long, long time.  Was talking about this with Eric afterwards and we both agreed that if not going to the gym is an option, then you're not going to the gym.  

Eric did really well on his first Diane.  He was kicking onto the wall, so his pushups were nice and vertical.  I was facing the wall and crawling up with my feet.  My pushups were far less vertical.  We both went really hard on the deadlifts in the first round, and ended up paying for it a bit on the second round.  All in all a good showing.
