3x10 (5 per arm) renegade rows: 20# dumbbell
Squats felt really good this time. I had no problems getting up and my back was strong the whole way. Can definitely go up next week, possibly another 10? Thrusters were rough, likely due to a lack of metcon recently, but I recovered quickly after each set. The rows turned my arms into jelly for about 25 mins.
