Warm-up:
back squat (triples to 185#)

5x3 back squat (195,3x200,195)
6x3 weighted pullups (50# DB)

Done in jeans and converse. Not a lot of juice today, crazy hot and humid.

Did you see the running backwards WOD? I thought about doing it on the treadmill...
