Tough date

Warm-up:
front squats
good mornings

100 pullups
100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats

24:09 (8:33, 6:21, 6:18, 2:58)

Really felt awkward the whole way though this time. My kipping technique was clearly off, mostly due to lack of recent work - felt wildly inefficient at times. Situps were anchored (dumbells). Everything broken, into a milliion little pieces.

I think Brian's recent trend towards more metcon is a great idea...

It felt horrible when I was doing it though, kipping technique has disappeared due to disuse...

Think I'm going to experiment with the frog style kip a bit - the full swing style takes so much longer, and punishes you when you're off on your timing.

I found that I couldn't keep the frog-kip up for the entire 100 pullups. Ended up switching to the swing midway through.
