Oh Barbara, why do you hate me?

Warm-up:
squats
KTEs
stretching

"Barbara"
5 rounds of:
20 pullups
30 pushups
40 situps
50 squats

No rest between rounds.

BL: 44:55 (5:35, 6:44, 11:07, 11:59, 9:30)

Lungs are finally coming back online. Situps and squats the worst; hips were smoked after yesterday. Oh, and I had to move halfway through cause some jock wanted to use the Smith machine I was doing pullups at. Punk. Tasted my lunch midway through (tuna, chickpeas and bacon bits!).

Nice job Brian, Barbara is deceptively taxing, I really feel it after a round or two. 3 minutes never seemed so short...

The lunch description? Totally uncalled for...
