Lungs are finally coming back online. Situps and squats the worst; hips were smoked after yesterday. Oh, and I had to move halfway through cause some jock wanted to use the Smith machine I was doing pullups at. Punk. Tasted my lunch midway through (tuna, chickpeas and bacon bits!).

Nice job Brian, Barbara is deceptively taxing, I really feel it after a round or two. 3 minutes never seemed so short...
