Workin' it Wednesday
G and I went to BKB to try and maintain some of the momentum from leading on Sunday. Worked a cyclic ratchet V1-V2-V3, V2-V3-V4, V3-V4-V5, V4-V5-V6. Tough by the end of the last cycle, and I only worked a few moves of the last few problems but G was looking strong. Noticing a lot of strong boulderers at BKB now, amongst the hordes that are there regularly, including some women who are kicking butt.
A noticeable weakness for me is my pinch strength, which I'm going to target in training (hangboard and pinch-specific problems, maybe grip training when I get back in the gym).

That was a good night. That last V6 was good.
Your pinch strength used to be much better than mine, I am sure it will come back in no time.
Not sure my grip was ever stronger, but certainly it can stand a little work.
