Twenty in the bank

When I rowed in college, my coach always said that effort in practice was like putting money in the bank and that you would realize it when it came time to withdraw (ie. raceday). With that in mind, I spent a sleepy and cold Sunday morning at BKB with Ryan making training deposits, working technique and endurance on easier problems.

5xV0
5xV1
5xV2
5xV3 (f3-5)

Focused on technique and static climbing, downclimbed up to V2. Pretty minimal rest time between problems, I was pretty burnt by the V3s and worked the last few problems without sending. Ryan's looking stronger and his technique is coming along, much more efficient on the easy moves.
