Ran into KL during his deadlift session last night. He throws around so much weight that the bar flexes...makes me feel light-headed just thinking about it...
Run: 12 laps (2 miles) @ 16:22...I really want to see sub 8-minute miles...
After a month of skipping the weights my t-shirts were starting to fit a little loose...so I worked on that...
Inclined Bench: 10 x bar then 5 x {95, 135, 140, 145 (3)}
Dumbbell Curls: 10 x 20, then 5 x {30, 35, 40}
Dumbbell Chainsaws: 10 x 40, then 5 x {50, 60}

I agree. The first time I noticed the bar flex is when he advised me to imagine the bar flexing and I was like: whoa, his actually does! Mine never came close, and the weight is so minimal I can't even imagine it doing so..
