1x5 deadlift (135x5, 185x3, 225x3 then 5x275)
2 rounds (95# barbell):
10 deadlift
10 power clean
10 front squat
3x10 standing plate twist
Feeling the fatigue getting back to the gym. Deads went up pretty smoothly, felt good at 275. Really gassed on the barbell metcon - planned to include a set of push jerks in there, but shoulder's still not up to speed.
