Lunchtime

Warm-up:
Burgener warm-up
front squats to 135

Alternating sets:
5x3 front squat (135, 145, 155, 165, 175)
5x3 weighted pull-ups (10, 15, 20, 25, 30)

Since I had to run over to Coles anyway to renew my locker, did my lifting at lunchtime. Nice and empty, might try it more often. Front squats were tough, I think 3RM is prolly around 185 or 190 right now. Hip flexor felt good with the narrower stance.
