Maastricht
Yesterday: 20 burpees, 20 Jackknife Sit Ups, 20 air squats, 20 pushups, 20 bicycles = total 100.
Today: 25 of each = total 125.
My schedule in Maastricht seems to have settled on showing up at the office between 7 and 7:30 and leaving between 7:30 and 8. Then having a huge meal plus many rounds of Brand bier. Clearly I need to do something! So I decided to try and force myself to do a few exercises when I wake up. I suppose it would be better just to do burpees but I just cant.
I can't think of a way to workout the muscles involved in a pullup without a bar of some sort, but just in case I am wrong, I thought I would ask you guys. Any ideas?

Well, with anything heavy you can work your grip, bent over rows may be your best bet.
