1x10 bench press (45)
1 L-pullup + 1 pushup
2 L-pullup + 2 pushups
3 L-pullup + 3 pushups
4 L-pullup + 4 pushups
It's the time in the summer where Coles is getting ridiculously hot again, though mornings are better than evenings. Presses felt okay but kept the load the same as last week, still a little shoulder twinge at the press, especially if I get asymmetric at all.
