Prison (Hotel) training day 3
30 of each: burpees, Jackknife Sit Ups, air squats, pushups, bicycles. That's 150 in total.
The extra 5 per really engaged my cardio more. Nothing found to do bent over rows.
Amazing amount of Thai food yesterday. Super hot, much more than in a typical US Thai place, but very good.

Get some gallon water jugs, good for bent over rows. If it's too easy, tie a couple together.
No doorframe for pullups?
