Back in NYC

Went for a session this morning. Wanted to take it slow since it was the first time in a while and it is extremely hot in the weight room. Did all the exercises with weights at 135.

Benchpress 5x5
Deadlifts 5x5
Squats 5x5
Suicides 5,3,1,1,1

The suicides were pathetic, but otherwise it felt good to be back at it.

And what are suicides? I've always thought of them as another name for shuttle runs...

Not sure I am using the term correctly. I grab the pull up bar as wide as possible, do one pull-up (up, down, back to middle), then move horizontally to the left, and horizontally to the right. That's 1.

I think I remember Brain telling me that the left to right movement are called suicides. I am not sure if people typically also mix in a standard pull-up.

The wide grip makes it considerably harder.
