Don't know how I managed to miss G this morning at Coles, but probably better for me - feeling real slow today, still under the weather with a virus. Took it easy with the snatches: sets went 15, 10, then sets of 5. Rough at the start as I muscle snatched the first few reps, but settled down as it went along and I focused on breathing consistently. Reset after each pull, but can go more or less touch and go next time to decrease cycle time.
Didn't have it mentally to finish 75 reps today but should have been doable. Really felt good to get back into a burner-type metcon, hope to rotate more into the workout schedule the next few weeks.
