Warm-up:

3x5 bench press (45x5, 65x5, 95x3, 115x2 then 125/135/140[dna 5] x5)
5-3-3-2-2-1 weighted pullups (0,10,20,35,30,35[dna])
3x10 reverse crunches
2x60s plank
Still sore (adductors mostly) from last week's squats so took it conservative today. Last rep of bench at 140 probably would have went up, but racked it since I had no spotter. Pullups felt quite weak, shoulder was tweaky so I backed off early - need more reps (and more climbing!).
