Warm-up:
good mornings
back squat

5-5-5-5-3 overhead squat (95,115,135,155,165)
5x2 power clean (2x145,2x155,165 [last rep full clean])
5x2 barbell row (straps; 225)

some big fat pullups
3x10 towel pullups
80 pushups (4 sets of 20)

Power cleans really inconsistent. Bar is crashing alot; I need to do these more often. I somehow misremembered my row weights, and went a good 40# over what I do for a few sets of six. Could only get two reps at 225, but was too lazy to pull weight off, so I stuck with doubles at that weight.

Hey B, how do you do the barbell rows? Bent-over standing, or on a bench?

Bent, like this.

In your underwear? Dude, I thought they didn't allow that at the gym.

Also, when you say the bar is crashing, what do you mean? As in it's driving you to the full squat?

No, just means that I'm not effectively timing reception of the barbell. For me, that's often due to pulling too high, but squatting too low, which means the barbell falls a long way before you receive it on your shoulders.
