5-5-3-3-3-3 overhead squat (95,115,145,155,160,165)
3-3-2-2 push press (115,135,2x145)
5x3 snatch deadlift (135,155,3x185)
Overhead squats felt strong. Sad thing now is that jerking the weight up is fast becoming the limiting factor. Push presses felt terrible again, back still not feeling great on dynamic lifts.
