Warm-up:
front squat (to 3x155#, 1x185#)
3x1 front squat (210,230,245)
1-1-4-1-1 deadlift (belt; 315,335,365 [straps], 375 [hook],395 [hook])
3x12 glute-ham situps
Shoulder/upper back still a bit tweaked, so no overhead lifting. Front squats felt good; nice stretch reflex out of the bottom. 245# was a bit slow, close to a 1RM, although I think I had a bit of gas left in the tank. Haven't gone heavy with the front squat in a long time, so this is a good benchmark. Deadlifts were OK, meant for 5 reps at 365, but form was degrading so I bailed at the fourth. Saved 405# for next time.
