Some days I wake up and I know it's gonna suck. Today was one of those days. I should have just taken a rest, but I didn't want to waste my last free day at Equinox, so I went with high hopes. My shoulders were really feeling sore (joints) during the jerks, so I called it. Thought my legs might still work so I went to squat; got to 265 and realized it was time to go home. But hey, at least I got to see a sweaty Anderson Cooper. Yeah, it's that kind of gym.
