Texas, week 4, recovery

Warm-up:
good mornings and overhead squat (55, 65)
front squat to 175

3x3 front squat (175)
3x3 shoulder press (65, 75, 85)

3x8 hang power clean (95)

1x10 Turkish getup (25# plate)
1x20s advanced tuck lever
3x3 weighted pull-ups (25)

Threw in some HPCs on the recovery day to mix it up. The weight is light for the power clean (had to concentrate to avoid muscle cleaning it) but the higher reps is good for the grip strength. Front squats felt heavy but presses felt pretty solid.
