Another day at Equinox. Lifted with a Yoon, who I met over at LBH (also the creator of the map below). Lifts felt ok, especially after I turned around so I wasn't facing the mirror. Got some good advice from Yoon regarding the first pull; I may try some snatch pull + snatch complexes tomorrow. Gym is real nice, got to do the situps on a real GHD. Got big boxes too, gonna max out on the box jumps tomorrow!

really though, if you're going to include brooklyn on that map, might as well put CF hoboken on there. It's just as close (though not NYC)
