Not so super Sunday
Warm-up:
good mornings and overhead squat (45, 55)
5x5 shoulder press (95, 95[f5], 85, 85, 75)
2x10 TGU (25# plate)
15 min easy bouldering (V1-V2ish)
2x20 steep wall lock offs
Wanted to work up an appetite for the meatfest to come tonight. I've been ignoring the shoulder work, and it really showed - the presses felt tough, and I dropped the weight accordingly. Plan to rotate it back into my Texas schedule, we'll see how it works out...
Lock-offs felt good, concentrated on moving up as statically as I could and holding lock-off while reaching up with the high arm.
