Jerks were really terrible today; I didn't lose any, but they felt really sloppy. Cleans felt pretty good. I did self-assisted GHRs bracing my legs under a well-placed metal bar (like the video, sans the dude staring at my ass an saying 'Tight, tight, tight, tight, tight ... good.'). These are brutal. The self-assist is a bit hard to gauge, so I'm gonna use a band next time.
I think the Turkish get-ups are catching on; I had a second person approach me to ask how to do them.
