Messiness needs some cleaning

Warm-up:
good mornings and OHS (45)
11 burpees
hang power clean to 135

Crossfit WOD 011809
7x1 hang power clean (135, 135, 145, 145(f), 135, 145, 145)

Cool-down:
2x15s advanced tuck lever
10 burpees

Hip drive and back extension felt good, failed the rep mostly because of timing issues. Pulling under the bar definitely needs work (or maybe higher weight); I was so focused on getting the weight up with back extension that I was almost muscle cleaning it, especially the first few rounds.
