Virtual coaching (Clean & Jerk)

Yesterday was the first time I managed to get video of my clean & jerk. Despite having watched a fair number of lifting vids, I realized as I was reviewing my own that I wasn't very good at picking out the errors. What I needed was a set of videos with detailed critiques so that I could learn what to watch for. Such a resource exists for the low-bar back squat, but not the clean & jerk. So I headed over to the Crossfit and Catalyst Athletics forums looking specifically for posts with video and critique of the clean & jerk.

A number of posts are helping me analyze my own lifts, so I thought it might be useful to collect the gems for others. Note especially the comments by Greg Everett, Glenn Pendlay and Lincoln Brigham.
