Anniversary

Hard to believe, but this blog is now two years old! It was Christmas Day 2006 that I posted a video of Mark Twight training some actors for the movie 300. I had stumbled upon it in a fit of thesis procrastination, which quickly led me to Gym Jones, Crossfit, etc. Despite the fact that 300 was a terrible movie, Twight's writing and attitude influenced me alot, hence the URL for this blog. It's great to see that the original crew is all still posting, which has been loads of fun and a constant source of motivation.

Um, that cake is made of meat.

Just for kicks, here are the top 10 most-visited posts of 2008 (Google Analytics rules!):

Happy Anniversary, and Merry Christmas!

If by informative you mean crass, and full of stupid humor, there are plenty more posts in the queue ;-)
