3x1 muscle snatch (heavy single,105)
3x(1+1+1) push press + push jerk + split jerk (~60% of jerk; 105)
2x3 power clean (~75%; 150)
3 rounds of:
10 kipping pullups
10 decline sit-ups
2x15 band pull-apart
Everything felt off today. Overthinking everything, and ended up smacking my knee on a muscle snatch and crashing the bar into my clavicles on a power clean. Did not like Zercher's with a belt; it prevents me from keeping the bar as close as I like.
