5x3 weighted pullup (55# DB)
3 rounds:
10 TGU situp (45# plate)
10 (per arm) side bend (45# plate)
2x15 band pull-aparts
High-bar squats were smooth, but I had to take some extra breaths for the last rep of each set. Push presses were very weak today; should have been sets of 5 at 145#! Guess I was a bit underrecovered from the jerks and presses yesterday.
