Warm-up:
low-bar back squat (to 2x3x225#)
zercher squat (to 3x1x225#)

muscle snatch (to heavy single; 95,100,105)
2x1 2-position snatch (floor, mid-thigh; bar)
2x(1+2) 2-position clean + 2 jerks (floor, mid-thigh; 135)
3x2 front squat (185)
3x5 shoulder press (95)
1x20 curl-ups
Slow as molasses today. Getting more comfortable with the muscle snatch, but my snatches suck. Worked a bit on HPS using just the bar, and even those felt slow. C&J were supposed to be about 70%. I used ~70% of the clean max, but probably should have used ~70% of my jerk max since it is the weaker of the two movements for me.
Threw in a few extra lifts cause I won't be able to make it to the gym the next few days.
