Nice workout, just took a long time. The weights felt really right today. That is, heavy enough to feel stressful, but not so heavy that things weren't moving reasonably fast. I never got the ab-work in. Tomorrow morning.
It was like the twilight zone at the gym today. In the 2 years I've been there, I have seen two people deadlift; that's right, two. And it's not like those two people deadlifted repeatedly. I saw each of them deadlift once. Today, in addition to me, there were three people deadlifting. Crazy. A trend, perhaps?
