Texas, week 11, volume

Warm-up:
back squat (triples to 185#)

3x5 back squat (220)
5x5 shoulder press (95)
2x3 deadlift (315)

3x5 ankles-to-bar

Squats were tough, but I was never at risk of failing reps. Reduced the volume a bit this week to help recovery. Presses felt awesome, so good that I wonder what my problem has been all this time? Deads felt good, and I'll switch over to 1x5 as per the standard template. Finished with some foam rolling on the upper back.
