Poisterior chain pain: Texas, week 2, recovery


Warm-up:
front squats to 135

3x3 front squat (2x155, 145)
3x3 bench press (135)

2x6 towel pull-ups
100 days of burpees 9

Brian was right, the high volume of deadlifts earlier this week is catching up to me and my posterior chain. Started the front squats at a reasonable weight but deloaded the last set because technique was getting sloppy and was starting to stall out. Been a *long* time since I benched; felt okay but don't think my 3 RM is much higher than 135 right now.

Ran into a post-yoga Guillaume so we did the burpees together. He ripped off 15 but still has some catching up to do...
