Warm-up:
2x15 pushups, situps
shoulder press to 65
5x5 shoulder press (85[f5],4x75)
Cool-down:
100 days of burpees 8
2x3 frenchies
Meant for this to be a rest day, but wanted to get a little shoulder work in since I missed it yesterday. Really feeling yesterday's deads in my lower back. The press felt heavy at 85, but at 75 was doable - should go up 5# next week.
