Let's speed things up
Warm-up:
front squat (to triples at 155#)
split jerk (to doubles at 115#)
5x2 power clean & jerk (115,125,130,2x135)
3x2 deadlift (315, alternating grips)
Was getting a little worried that all this strength work is making me slow. As expected from the sheer lack of practice, I was sloppy with the footwork on the jerks, but 135# felt pretty fast. Deadlifts felt good, everything was controlled and smooth.
