Warm-up:

Three rounds for time:
400 m run (treadmill, incline=1.5)
21 1.5 pood KB swings (55# DB)
12 pullups

3x3 Zercher squat (175)
Accidentally ran 800 m on the first round, and a little over 45 seconds lost each round getting from treadmill to pullup bar and back. Hard to compare to last time, but I reckon I've lost a bit of conditioning since starting the strength cycle (subtracting 2 min off for the extra 400 m leaves me ~30 seconds slower than last time, but then again I walked to the farther pullup bar).
Starting to do more metcon on or near my recovery day (15 minutes or less), eventually turning this into a hybrid program once I hit 2xBW back squat and 2.75xBW deadlift.
