Warm-up:
back squat (triples to 185#)
3x1 back squat (245,255 [shallow?],255)
3x1 bench press (135,145,165 [f])
2-1-1 deadlift (315,335,350 [f])
Squats felt strong. I'm pretty sure I loaded 260# for the last rep, but I wrote 255#, so we'll save the increment for next week. First time benching singles; a bit ambitious with 165#, stalled for a long time midway through that rep. 160# is probably a reasonable 1RM estimate.
